My goal is to provide you with evidence-informed care that leaves you feeling empowered and supported.

As a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND), my goal is to help you reach your health goals in a realistic and sustainable way, using nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements and counselling. I aim to help you understand your body, manage your symptoms, and create a plan tailored to fit your needs.

ABOUT ERICA

Dr. Erica Rizzolo, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor at two clinics in Ottawa, Ontario. She also works part-time as a research assistant with the Patterson Institute for Integrative Oncology Research.

Erica has additional experience and training helping people recover from eating disorders, and supporting people with cancer - from diagnosis through treatments and aftercare.


She is an active member of the research committee for the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP), a member of the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PsychANP), and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Virtual visits are available for all Ontario residents. In-person visits are available downtown Ottawa at The Centre for Health Innovation, and in the West end at Second Nature Family Health & Wellness Centre.

Land Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that the land we now call Ontario is covered by 46 treaties, and other agreements. The city of Toronto, first termed by the Mohawks as Tkaronto, is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. I also acknowledge that Tkaronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.
