About Erica: FAQ

My goal is to provide you with evidence-informed care that leaves you feeling empowered and supported.

I was first introduced to naturopathic medicine after I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 11 years old. I have seen and experienced the safe use of naturopathic care, alongside conventional and pharmaceutical medicines, and this is my hope for the future of healthcare.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. After graduation, I moved to Toronto to begin my 4-year Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). In my final year as an intern, I was accepted to the Integrative Cancer Centre (ICC) to complete a focus shift in integrative cancer care.

Currently, I see patients virtually and in-person at The Centre for Health Innovation, located downtown Ottawa.

I also offer an accessible care model, for those who cannot otherwise afford naturopathic medicine.

Depending on your health concerns, we may use lab testing, lifestyle changes, nutrition, acupuncture and/or supplements as part of your treatment plan. I am truly passionate about supporting people with cancer, eating disorders and other mental health concerns, and digestive concerns, and I look forward to working with you to reach your health goals! Book an appointment or a free meet and greet below.

Erica is currently a member of the Research Committee for the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP), a member of the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND, CAND), and is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
